The Blue Belt and Black Belt Websites that come with website hosting and management include "unlimited small jobs."

The idea for this is: you have a business to run, let us handle your website. With this service, you won't ever have to log into your website again. Simply email us what you need added or changed on your website, and we'll get it done.

A "Small Job" then is anything that takes 30 minutes or less for us to do on your website. And believe us, that's a LOT of time. Almost anything can be done in 30 minutes (especially if you're fast and good at it, like we are).

Here are some examples of Small Jobs:

• Posting a blog post (if you blog regularly, or not)
• Updating your pricing
• Adding/Removing/Changing your services
• Updating contact information
• Swapping out images or adding new ones
• Adding events
• Swapping out the logo for your 20th year anniversary logo
• Really almost anything you can think of, including adding entire new pages with new content!

As a side-note on that last bullet-point... this means that really, the Blue Belt Website is virtually unlimited pages and not just limited to 6 pages.

Once your website is launched, we will provide 15 days of proactive support to make sure any bugs have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new website. After this you will need to subscribe to one of our ongoing website care plans to make sure your website is looked after and maintained (unless you choose either a Blue Belt or Black Belt Website).

We will also provide training and video tutorials to assist you in using your new website once it is launched.

Hosting and website management is included for the Blue Belt and Black Belt Websites. After the 10 month (Blue Belt) or 12 month (Black Belt) term, you'll have a couple of options for moving forward:

Option 1: You can keep going with one of our Website Care Plans, which includes hosting and website management.

Option 2: You can keep going with website hosting only for $10/month (includes the free SSL certificate still).

Option 3: You can sign up for your own hosting somewhere else and we will migrate your website there for free.

Only the Blue Belt Website and the Black Belt Website include the copy/content written for you. You are responsible for supplying the content for the White Belt Website.

The only fully custom website is the Black Belt Website. The White Belt and Blue Belt Websites are "templated" but are fully customizable with the branding and content.

"Templated" means that the layout of the website is pre-defined and we just plug in your branding and content.

Absolutely! A mobile friendly website is a must! We make sure your website looks good and is functional on all devices!

Only the Black Belt Website includes a logo (and branding guide).

For the White Belt and Blue Belt Websites, you can purchase a logo and branding guide for $600 more (normally $750).

It’s not worth paying for the words if it doesn’t sound like your brand, which is why the Brand Voice Strategy Workshop is crucial.

A Brand Voice Strategy Workshop includes two calls with our copy partner (Downriver) where you will work through StoryBrand’s BrandScript Process and also a Downriver Brand Voice Inventory. After the calls, a custom 6-page Brand Voice Guide PDF that you can easily share with your team to create a cohesive brand voice and language is given to you and also used to build your website with.

The Branding Guide is part of a Branding Package which includes:

• Completely custom logo
  • Including different color variations of your logo
• Branding Guide
  • Primary and Secondary Colors
  • Primary and Secondary Fonts
  • How to use your logo/brand appropriately (and how not to use it)

Yup, we will install Google Analytics software on your new website and show you how to log into your Google Analytics account where you can see a wide range of statistics about your website including number of visits, page views, the amount of time people are spending on your website, and more.

No, you will need to purchase your own domain name to be used for your website build. But, we can help you with this if you need help! We have lots of experience with purchasing domain names and making sure they are setup properly.

Your website needs to be hosted by a hosting company that can host WordPress websites. There are many companies that do this, but we highly recommend SiteGround. Specifically, we recommend their GrowBig plan as it can accommodate virtually unlimited websites and has plenty of room for growth.

If you choose a Blue Belt or Black Belt Website, website hosting is included for either 10 months (Blue Belt) or 12 months (Black Belt).

Wo do NOT recommend GoDaddy hosting, Bluehost, or Hostgator.

An SSL Certificate encrypts your website making it more secure and harder to hack. It also boosts ranking with search engines such as Google because Google prefers secure websites over non-secure websites.

Specifically, without an SSL certificate, your website looks like this:

http://yourwebsite.com

And with an SSL certificate, your website looks like this:

https://yourwebsite.com

Notice the "s" at the end of "http" - the "s" is the indicator that your website has an SSL certificate and is secure.

As a side note: NEVER fill out a form or make a purchase on a non-secure website (a website that does not have https) as your information can be hacked.

For the Blue Belt and Black Belt Websites, we include the ability to hook up a payment processor to your website so you can receive payments online.

For this to work, you'll need to sign up with a payment processing service (such as PayPal or Stripe - and we can help you set this up too). Then we securely connect it to your website and add a payment Form so that your clients can pay you securely via the online form.

Typically, payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe charge a 2.9% fee for every transaction. But with Stripe, the funds are automatically deposited to your bank account after a few days.

Email is not provided with any of these plans, but we are generous and will help you to setup professional business email with either Office 365 or Google Suite.

We recommend Google Suite because it is easy to use and HIPAA compliant (Office 365 is also HIPAA compliant). With Google Suite, you also get full calendar functionality, Google Drive with lots of storage space, and a familiar & easy to use email interface. Plus your email will stay with you wherever you go, can sync on all your devices, and you'll never have to worry about your website going down or switching hosting providers.. your email will keep on working.

It is $6/month per email user though, but totally worth the cost!

First of all, we do everything we can to prevent your website from being hacked in the first place. But being that nothing is ever 100% hack proof, we got you covered.

If you're on the Black Belt Website plan and something bad happens to your website, such as it getting hacked, we will remedy the issue (for example, remove the malware) as fast as possible and get your website back up and functioning at 100%, as part of the package.

If you're on the White Belt or Blue Belt Website plan and something happens to your website, such as it getting hacked, we can remedy the issue just as described above for $150.

As a side note, this is why having daily website backups are SO important! Because if something bad happens, we can restore your website easily from the last backup. And yes, websites do get hacked. Something like 30,000+ a day!
