We offer three basic plans for managing your website. Depending on the level of support your business needs, there is a plan for you! If you don't see a plan that fits your needs, let us know - we can put together a custom package just for you!
Questions you may be asking
Do you offer discounts to non-profits and education institutions?
Indeed we do! If you're a non-profit or educational institution, we offer a 20% discount on whichever Belt you choose. Please contact us and we'll get you going right away.
Do you offer website hosting outside of your Belt programs?
At this time we only offer hosting to our Belt clients. Hosting is included in the Belt program that you choose.
If I don't need monthly support, do you offer one-time support?
Unfortunately we don't offer one-time support to clients and you likely do need monthly support even if you don't realize it. Give us a call and we can talk about your WordPress needs.
Are your Belts Contract Binding?
Nope! You can cancel your services with us at anytime, risk free. If you cancel within the first 30 days we'll give you a full refund.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Belt program after signing up?
You most certainly can! If you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, please contact us so we can talk about your specific needs first, then we'll make the switch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit card vendors: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. In the future we may also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Does it matter where my website is hosted?
Wherever your website is hosted, we can manage it. However, there are certain website hosting providers which make it more difficult for us to properly manage your website, therefore, we recommend that you take advantage of the hosting that comes with the Belt programs we offer.
